The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cesar is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Cesar shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Demon but Demon pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cesar slips a jab and a cross from Demon.
Demon steps into range and cracks Cesar with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Cesar flops backwards and Demon dives into his guard looking to finish!
It looks like Leonidus Cesar has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Demon would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Demon won't allow Cesar to sweep him here.
