Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pascal Muis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Hanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muis swinging wilding here.
Hanson misses with a body kick.
Muis attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Muis tries to land a leg kick but Hanson saw it coming and moves away.
Muis connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Muis misses with a takedown attempt - Hanson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Muis lets loose with a powerful body kick. Hanson will feel that in the morning.
Muis changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hanson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hanson is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Muis's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Hanson is looking to stand up but Muis isn't so interested in that idea.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Muis connects with a nasty looking knee right to Hanson's face.

Muis lands a nice shot to the body.
Muis shoots in looking for a takedown. Hanson tries to sprawl out of it but Muis keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hanson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Hanson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Muis reaches up to try and control the position but Hanson seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Muis rolls and tries to escape and now Hanson has his back!
Can Muis hold on?! Hanson is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Hanson lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Muis hold on?!
Hanson gets his hands free as Muis looks to control.
Pascal Muis has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
