Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Manny Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Summers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Santos comes to the cage accompanied by Over. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Scott Summers was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Manny Santos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Scott Summers! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Dean Styles and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Santos shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Summers defends it nicely. Santos shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Summers is trying to defend but Santos finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Summers looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Summers looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Summers punching from the bottom.
Summers is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Santos pulls his head out easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Summers missing with punches from the bottom.
Summers is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Summers misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Summers tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Summers looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Summers looks gassed!
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Santos shoots in for a takedown but Summers shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Horrible takedown by Santos or perhaps it was just good defense by Summers which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Manny Santos. That's going to take a lot out of him. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Santos is defended easily by Summers. Summers leaves Santos with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jab, jab by Summers - just one landing. Santos fails to land the takedown. Summers shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Summers showed some decent athleticism there. Santos knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Summers on the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Summers seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Santos is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
