Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dick Diablo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cedric Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diablo comes to the cage accompanied by Motley Crue - Shout At The Devil. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diablo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Diablo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Daniels sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Diablo somewhat.

Daniels got a little sloppy there for a moment and Diablo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Daniels has managed to get both his arms back between Diablo's legs - danger averted.

Daniels drops back, looking for a kneebar! Diablo looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Diablo looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Diablo!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Diablo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
