The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Dre.
Omega looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dre is fending him off so far but Omega persists. Nope, Dre circles away and we're back to standing.

Omega shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dre is trying to defend but Omega finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Omega tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dre knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Dre is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Omega pulls his head out easily.
Omega lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

It looks like Mac Dre has been cut.

Omega tries to stand but can't do so whilst Dre controls his leg.

Dre on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Omega prevents Dre from improving his position.
Omega thows a huge punch but Dre dodges it nicely.
Dre is looking for a sweep. Omega is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Dre has a hand on Omega's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Omega takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Mac Dre's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mac Dre's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
