Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lance Erickson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Erickson's choice of entrance music: Of Wolf And Man - Metallica. On his way into the cage it seems that Bruce Lee has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Bruce Lee seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bruce Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lance Erickson! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Erickson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lee circles away. Lee misses with a takedown and Erickson counters with a nice uppercut. Lee has Erickson up against the cage in a clinch.
Erickson drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lee tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Erickson tries to throw a body punch but Lee avoids it by throwing Erickson back against the cage. Lee has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Erickson uses from the top position. Erickson trying to control but Lee is working from the bottom. Lee punching from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Erickson wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving. Erickson passes easily into side control. Nice work. Erickson tries for a kimura but Lee is defending well. Lee is trying to control Erickson's posture but Erickson avoids it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Lee is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Erickson wants to free his trapped foot but Lee is holding on for dear life with his legs. Lee is holding on to half guard well. Erickson is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Lee manages to escape and get back to his feet! Lee lands a jab to the nose.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Erickson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lee.
Lee takes the fight into the clinch. Lee lands a nice shot to the body. Erickson looks gassed! Lee's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Erickson wants to clinch. Lee closes the distance and lands a one-two. Lee with a lazy takedown attempt and Erickson counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Erickson. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bruce Lee. That's going to take a lot out of him. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Erickson is one step ahead there. Lee controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee wants to sweep here but Erickson controlling him for the moment. Lee controlling the position. Lee kicks Erickson off and gets to his feet. Erickson misses with a takedown attempt and Lee counters with a flying knee. Nice. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lee tries to clinch up. Erickson connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Lee's hands. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bruce Lee dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Lee has his takedown stuffed so Erickson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Lee working a defensive guard but Erickson passes into half guard.
Lee works his way to full guard. Good work. Lee seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Lee keeping moving, preventing Erickson from controlling successfully. Lee looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Erickson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Erickson is breathing heavily. Erickson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Erickson stopping the sweep attempt from Lee. Erickson wanted to stand there but Lee had control of the position. Lee controls Erickson momentarily but Erickson frees himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Lee is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Erickson trying to get back to full guard but Lee takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Lee controlling from mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Erickson is desperately trying to improve his position but Lee has a good base and remains in mount. Erickson looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Lee loading up with punches from the back mount - how long can Erickson hold on?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Erickson tries to escape the position.
Lee keeps control of the position easily here as Erickson tries to buck him off.
Lee punishes Erickson with strikes from the back mount. Lee is riding his opponent, not letting Erickson buck him off. Lee will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Erickson tries to break free.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Lee lands a shot to the body. You can see the frustration on Erickson's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
What can Erickson do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Lee is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Erickson knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Erickson for a finish. Lee landing with strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bruce Lee dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Erickson is posturing up here but Lee has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Erickson tries to roll out but it's too tight and Erickson has to tap! Slick submission there by Lee!
