The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Small misses.
Hamilton tries for a takedown but Small sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Small loads up on a big right hand but Hamilton slips the punch.
Hamilton avoids the head kick by Small.
Small fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hamilton manages to avoid it.
Small shoots in and bounces Hamilton off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Hamilton is looking for a triangle but Small pushes his legs off easily.
Small drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Hamilton dives on top into guard.
Small is trying to hold Hamilton in close to prevent damage but Hamilton has managed to pass into half guard.
Hamilton is keen to just control but Small is a slippery customer.
