Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Giril Kovalenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Rockhead (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kovalenko comes to the cage accompanied by Judas Priest - Grinder. Rockhead is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Knuck If You Buck. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovalenko misses with a wild body shot.
Rockhead defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kovalenko.
Kovalenko fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rockhead manages to avoid it.
Rockhead jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Rockhead moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kovalenko.
Rockhead bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kovalenko's head backwards.
Rockhead fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kovalenko manages to avoid it.
Rockhead ducks under a wild hook from Kovalenko.
Kovalenko avoids the body shot from Rockhead.
Rockhead throws a shot to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kovalenko shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rockhead pinned against the cage. Rockhead gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Giril Kovalenko. That's going to take a lot out of him.

letting Rockhead counter with a right hand.

and Rockhead counters with a nice uppercut.
A bone on bone clash there as Rockhead blocks the leg kick.
Rockhead moves out of range of the body kick.
Rockhead throws an overhand right that drops Kovalenko like a sack of potatoes! Rockhead dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
