Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Silva looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Silva shoots in looking for a takedown. Wilshere tries to sprawl out of it but Silva keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wilshere manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch but Wilshere swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Wilshere moves into the clinch.

Wilshere lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Silva takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Wilshere lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Silva has momentary wrist control but Wilshere slips an elbow through the middle.

Wilshere goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Silva rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Wilshere's guard! Nice work there by Silva!
