Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Totoy Bato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying David's choice of entrance music: Eluveitie - Calling The Rain. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bato lands the left hand.
David throws out a powerful jab.
David doesn't manage to clinch there - Bato circles away.
David tries to clinch but Bato is having none of it.
Bato swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Mark David seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bato misses with an uppercut.
Bato chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before David can pounce on him.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
David is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

David shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. David showed some decent athleticism there.
Bato is trying to get back to full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
David misses with an uppercut. Bato saw that one coming.
A nice combination there by David.

It looks like Totoy Bato has been cut.
David scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bato doesn't seem bothered though.
Bato cracks David with a right hand to the side of the head.

Totoy Bato is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
David misses the shot to the body.

David loads up on a big right hand but Bato slips the punch.
Bato lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
David looks gassed!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
David misses with a takedown attempt - Bato sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Nice straight punches there by Bato. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Bato.
Bato cracks David with an open hand slap.
David shoots in for a double leg but Bato sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Bato works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

David is rocked!
Bato fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops David to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! David looks to clinch but Bato throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! David taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
