Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Will Mac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Guenette (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guenette has chosen Lamb of God - Beating on Death's Door as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Paulo Santos and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Guenette.
Guenette scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Mac is not content to let Guenette control the position.
Guenette tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Guenette has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Mac sneaks out the side door and pushes Guenette away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Guenette shoots for a double leg takedown but Mac sprawls well. He's pushed Guenette's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Mac moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Guenette gets a takedown into half guard.
Guenette should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Guenette is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Mac wants to get back to his feet.

Mac scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Guenette manages to mount him!
Guenette goes for an armbar but Mac turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Mac.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Guenette is looking for a triangle but Mac pushes his legs off easily.
