Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dion Phaneuf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lupercal Abaddon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dion Phaneuf!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lupercal Abaddon!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phaneuf stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Abaddon.
Abaddon looks to score with a jab to the body but Phaneuf is just out of range.
Abaddon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Phaneuf moves away.
Abaddon throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Phaneuf's head.
Abaddon thumps Phaneuf with a low kick.
Abaddon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Phaneuf manages to avoid it.
Abaddon stuffs the takedown attempt from Phaneuf. Phaneuf gets slowly back to his feet.
Abaddon buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Phaneuf uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Abaddon.
Phaneuf moves out of range of the strikes.
Phaneuf takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Phaneuf shoots in looking for a takedown. Abaddon tries to sprawl out of it but Phaneuf keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Abaddon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Abaddon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Phaneuf takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Abaddon tries a head kick but it misses.
Crunch! Abaddon slams his shin into Phaneuf's torso.
Phaneuf takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Abaddon throws a head kick that half lands.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Abaddon explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Phaneuf is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Phaneuf drops his hands momentarily and Abaddon needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Phaneuf just on the top of the head. Phaneuf drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Phaneuf - he's done!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Lupercal Abaddon!
