Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Josh Foster! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kent Adams! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.
![](https://www.mmatycoon.com/images/fight/round1.jpg) The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foster fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Adams. Foster takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Adams bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Foster is looking to reverse the position. Foster is working hard here to advance position. Foster is not content to let Adams control the position. Adams cracks Foster with a big elbow. Adams wants to control but Foster is keeping him busy. Foster sneaks back into half guard. Foster wants to improve his position but Adams is controlling well.
Adams trying to control the action but Foster is working from the bottom.

![](https://www.mmatycoon.com/images/fight/2.gif) That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Foster is trying to control Adams's posture but Adams avoids it. Foster sneaks back into half guard.
Foster kicks off Adams and gets to his feet. Foster is looking to slow Adams down with leg kicks. Adams looks gassed! Foster tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Foster connects with a solid leg kick. Foster buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Foster shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Adams's guard. Foster trying to control the position from guard on top but Adams is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Foster not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Foster wants to control from the top but Adams keeps moving. Foster has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Adams is proving hard to escape from.

Adams with a poor takedown and Foster counters with a nice body kick. Foster cracks the inside of Adams's front leg. Foster lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. An inside leg kick lands from Foster. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Foster lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Adams has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Adams and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Foster misses with a body kick.
Foster forces Adams back against the cage and clinches. Foster is stalling here.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Foster tries a knee to the head but Adams blocks it.
Foster jumps into guard, dragging Adams to the mat.
Adams wants to control from the top but Foster keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh Foster dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Foster lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Foster. Foster misses with a head kick.
Foster closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Foster decides to return to a standing position. Foster throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Adams shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Foster trying to control from the bottom.
Foster actively working from the bottom here. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The fighters are battling for position here. Foster manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Adams drops back, looking for a kneebar! Foster looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Foster looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Foster! Foster wants to lay and pray for a moment but Adams keeps working.
Foster is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Adams knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Foster is staying tight to Adams's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Foster goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Adams has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Foster but great work by Adams. Adams is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Foster will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Foster is trying to improve his position. Foster is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Adams is controlling him well. Foster manages to get back to half guard.

Foster gets in close and instigates a clinch. Foster is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Foster breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Foster tries to clinch up. A nice leg kick lands there from Foster. An inside leg kick lands from Foster. Good leg kick by Foster there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Foster thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Adams if he has to take too many more of those.
Adams shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Foster pinned against the cage. Foster gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Foster fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Adams looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh Foster dominated that second round. That's time! Foster's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Foster shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Adams's guard.
Foster gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Adams steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Foster. That one must have hurt. Foster connects with a body shot. Foster tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Adams shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Foster pinned against the cage. Foster gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Foster is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

A chopping leg kick lands by Foster. Foster feints and then cracks Adams's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Adams down. Adams pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Foster cracks the inside of Adams's front leg. Foster tries to score with a low kick but Adams moves his leg out of the way.
Foster darts in and clinches Adams up against the cage.
Foster's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Adams ducks right into an uppercut from Foster. Foster lands with an uppercut that bounces Adams off the cage and back into rage. Foster with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Foster fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Adams sprawls well initially but Foster persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Foster wants to stand up but Adams has a hold of him and won't allow it. Adams trying to control from the bottom.
Foster moves nicely into side control. Adams is trying to get back to half guard.

Foster decides to take the fight back to the feet. Foster feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Adams's calf. Foster connects with a solid leg kick. Foster connects with a solid leg kick. Kent Adams has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Foster tries to clinch but Adams moves out of range.
Foster looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Adams!
Foster is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!

Adams scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. This has been an exciting period of action! Foster struggling a bit here. Adams controls the position.
Adams wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Foster, who protects the arm well. Foster is trying to improve his position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Foster is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Josh Foster showed his dominance in that final round. Well Foster has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
