Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nate Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Madd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Rancid-Last one to Die. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Madd.
Madd wants to control but Davis is keeping him busy.
Davis is looking to regain half guard here but Madd keeps moving and retains side control.

Davis tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Madd wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Davis regains half guard.
Nice strikes from Madd there.
Madd looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Davis regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Madd.
Davis has his foot on Madd's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Madd works his way back into a safe position though.

Madd lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Davis is looking to sinch up a triangle. Madd throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Davis's body to avoid the submission. Davis has instead reached around Madd's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Davis arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
