Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Fu II (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fu II has chosen Everything in it's right place as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fu II rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Penn moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A combination from Fu II does no damage.
Fu II tries to bum rush Penn with a series of wild strikes but Penn uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fu II throws a series of punches but Penn avoids them all with ease.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fu II.
Fu II misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A punch combination from Fu II misses.
Tom Fu II seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Penn stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Penn wants it to stay on the feet.
Fu II throws a head kick that misses.
Fu II is trying hard to land a takedown here. Penn sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Bobby Penn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Fu II.

It looks like Tom Fu II has been cut.
Penn works over Fu II's head and body with a nice combination.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Penn connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Fu II shoots in looking for a takedown. Penn tries to sprawl out of it but Fu II keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Penn manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Penn throws a front kick that sends Fu II stumbling back into the cage.
Penn fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Fu II on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Penn throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fu II.
Penn throws a head kick that Fu II semi-blocks.
Penn lands a lovely overhand right.
Fu II throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Penn counters with a stiff right hand.
Penn scores with a push kick.
Penn misses with a double jab.
Penn misses with a wild combination.
Fu II on the wrong end of a nice hook.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Penn throws a nice inside leg kick.
Penn throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Fu II.
The fighters circle momentarily. Penn darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Penn misses with a series of wild punches.
Penn lands a slapping body shot.
Penn lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Fu II takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Penn thuds his right hand into Fu II's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Penn lands with an uppercut that bounces Fu II off the cage and back into rage.
Fu II takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Penn.
Penn's corner calls for a 1-2. Penn obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.


Fu II is rocked!
Penn scores with a one two! Fu II had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Fu II is still on wobbly legs! Can Penn finish him?
Penn connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Fu II! He's out on his feet! Penn rushes in and drops Fu II with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Bobby Penn!
