Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antoni Hardonk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Stark might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Go Into The Water. Hardonk has chosen Requiem for a dream as his entrance music. Antoni Hardonk has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardonk shoots in looking for a takedown. Stark tries to sprawl out of it but Hardonk keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stark manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Hardonk.
Johnny Stark has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antoni Hardonk.
Hardonk misses with a takedown attempt - Stark sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A good leg kick by Stark.
Hardonk shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Stark pinned against the cage. Stark gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Antoni Hardonk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hardonk moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Stark scores with a jab. Hardonk acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like Antoni Hardonk has been cut.
Stark comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Hardonk takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Stark shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Stark is looking to take a break and control but Hardonk is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Stark throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Stark is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Hardonk has managed to free his arm - good work.
Hardonk keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Hardonk is not content to let Stark control the position.
Stark is nestled in close to Hardonk, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Stark perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Hardonk has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Stark is working away from the top position though.

That has opened up Antoni Hardonk's cut even more.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Antoni Hardonk's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Antoni Hardonk's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
