Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mister Tee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Factor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mister Tee looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Max Factor!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Factor throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tee's waist but Tee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Factor off to one side.
Factor looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Tee showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Factor.

Factor gets caught flat footed, as Tee shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Tee has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Tee trying to control but Factor is working from the bottom.
Tee pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Factor is keeping the position for now.

Factor is working an open guard so Tee takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Tee throws a sloppy head kick and Factor moves out of range easily.
Factor avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tee wants to clinch up but Factor keeps it at a distance.

Tee scores with a one two! Factor had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
The fight stays on the outside here - Tee looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Tee lands a nice looking kick to the body. Factor takes a step back to recover.

Tee closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Factor did well to prevent Tee getting side control.
Tee is trying to control. Factor wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Factor slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Factor is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Factor is on top in guard.
Factor stops Tee from standing up.

Factor thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Factor not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Factor tries to free his leg and advance position but Tee is retaining full guard.
Factor trying to control the position from guard on top but Tee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Factor won't allow Tee to get back to his feet.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Factor thows a body shot but no joy.
Factor takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Tee moves in looking to clinch but Factor pushes him off.

Factor stuffs the takedown attempt from Tee. Tee gets slowly back to his feet.

Factor moves into the clinch successfully.
Factor misses with a body punch.
Tee tries to pull guard but Factor holds him up against the cage and eventually Tee drops back down to his feet.
Tee goes for a takedown in the clinch but Factor prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mister Tee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Factor tries to score a body lock takedown but Tee shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Factor wants a takedown.

Tee has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Factor uses from the top position.

Tee is defending against the submission attempts here by Factor.
