Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, no game! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Redd Richmond! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! game dives in and grabs Richmond's left leg, looking for a takedown. Richmond pushes down on game's head and hops out. game is looking to clinch but Richmond is avoiding it.
no game seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Richmond swats away the attempt to clinch by game.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Richmond. game is trying to escape the position but Richmond is controlling the position. game really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Richmond lands an elbow. game is looking for a sweep. Richmond working the ground and pound but game is defending the strikes. Richmond is looking to take a break and control but game is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. game working away. game working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. game throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Richmond works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. game missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Redd Richmond dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Richmond uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. game tries to clinch but Richmond moves out of range. game with a lazy takedown attempt
and Richmond counters with a single leg into guard. game didn't expect that. Richmond throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Richmond's corner is telling him to maintain position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Richmond trying to control but game is working from the bottom.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
game gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Richmond to score an easy takedown into full guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Richmond sitting in guard, not really doing much. Richmond is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. game wants to sweep here but Richmond controlling him for the moment.
Richmond is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! game is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! game has escaped and now he's on top!
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. game sitting in guard, not really doing much. Richmond keeping moving, preventing game from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Redd Richmond showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! And we move into the final round!

Richmond looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Richmond preventing the sweep. Richmond sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed game's guard. Still in half guard, Richmond seems content to control. Richmond tries to pass the half guard into mount. game knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
game is defending against the submission attempts here by Richmond.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Richmond trying to pass the guard but game defending well. game is trying to control but can't.
game wants to improve his position but Richmond is controlling well.
Well, if Richmond is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Richmond has closed the distance and engaged game in a clinch.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. game is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Richmond gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Richmond looking to pass the guard. game avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Richmond gets to his feet - game follows without any prompting. Richmond circles away from the clinch attempt
and Richmond decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in game's guard. game is adopting a defensive guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. game keeping moving, preventing Richmond from controlling successfully. game will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Richmond pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. game is keeping the position for now. game working a defensive guard here.
Richmond is stalling in the full guard. Richmond trying to control but game is working from the bottom.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Richmond wants to pass the guard but game is keeping the position. Redd Richmond is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Richmond controlling from the top position. game is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
 The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. game with a lazy takedown attempt

And that's the end of the fight! Redd Richmond comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Richmond has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
