The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jeremy tries to clinch but Elliot moves out of range.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Elliot has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Jeremy uses from the top position.
Elliot is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Jeremy wanted to stand there but Elliot had control of the position.
Jeremy will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
