Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hong Man Hennessy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hennessy closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. White manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. White is staying active underneath Hennessy, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Hennessy is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Nice move. White is defending against the submission attempts here by Hennessy.
Hennessy looks gassed! White is looking to control Hennessy's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can White avoid being mounted?
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. White makes his way to full guard. A much better position for White. White is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Hennessy rolls with it to try and escape but White cranks on the arm and Hennessy is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Frank White!
