The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swagger throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Swagger throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Overeem cracks Swagger with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Swagger throws a sloppy head kick and Overeem moves out of range easily.
Overeem misses with a looping right.
Swagger takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Swagger lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Overeem circles away quickly and effectively.
Some wild striking there from Swagger.
Swagger looks to land a right hand but Overeem moved out of range.

Swagger throws a low kick but Overeem avoids it.
Swagger misses the shot to the body.
Overeem buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Overeem connects with a crisp jab.

It looks like Eli Swagger has been cut.
Swagger looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Overeem throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Swagger misses with a straight right.
Swagger pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Overeem with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Overeem connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Swagger momentarily.
Overeem wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Overeem lands a big head kick that sends Swagger tumbling to the mat! Overeem takes a step backwards and waves Swagger back to his feet - he wants the finish!
A nice inside leg kick there by Overeem. That's going to slow Swagger down.
Overeem circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Swagger to the canvas! Swagger doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Overeem keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
