Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Falcao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remus Jacobs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jacobs has chosen Quasi Morto - Ennio Morricone as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Falcao jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jacobs walks away with a smile on his face. Falcao gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Falcao is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Jacobs swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Falcao will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.

Falcao is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jacobs can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jacobs can do anything to dispel that myth.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Carlos Falcao.
