Pullo misses with a takedown attempt - Garvin sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Garvin looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Garvin tries to free his leg and advance position but Pullo is retaining full guard.
Pullo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Garvin defends it easily.
Garvin is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Pullo throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Garvin escapes and throws Pullo's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Garvin is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Pullo is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Garvin has hold of Pullo's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Pullo seems comfortable defending it but Garvin has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Pullo is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Pullo is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Garvin couldn't care less - he's delighted!
