Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Spike Dragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rip Off (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Spike Dragon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rip Off!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Sosuke Kotani and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Off looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dragon is fending him off so far but Off persists. Nope, Dragon circles away and we're back to standing.
Dragon misses with a few strikes there.
Off misses with a double jab
and Dragon counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Dragon throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

It looks like Rip Off has been cut.
Dragon lands a glancing blow to the side of Off's head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Off lands a head kick!

Dragon lands a left and a right that send Off crashing to the mat, dazed. Dragon thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Off takes one to the chin there.

That has opened up Rip Off's cut even more.
Off dives in and grabs Dragon's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dragon pushes down on Off's head and hops out.
Horrible takedown by Off or perhaps it was just good defense by Dragon which made him look bad.
Spike Dragon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rip Off.
Off looks gassed!
Dragon works over Off's head and body with a nice combination.
Nice shot by Dragon.

The cut above Rip Off's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Dragon lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dragon misses with a double jab
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Off has eaten all the pies!
Dragon circles away from the clinch attempt
and Dragon counters with a one-two to the body.

Dragon drops Off with a beautiful combination! Off stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dragon is looking for the KO!

Rip Off's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Rip Off's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Spike Dragon!
