Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tank Abrahms (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Kidd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dick Kidd will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tank Abrahms!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dick Kidd!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, John Mangel and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kidd wants to clinch.
Abrahms takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Abrahms showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kidd.
Kidd scoring well with a low kick there.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Abrahms.

Abrahms drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Abrahms with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kidd to score with a decent uppercut.
Abrahms avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kidd throws a leg kick which misses Abrahms's front leg but catches the back leg as Abrahms tries to avoid it.
Kidd tries to clinch up but Abrahms circles away and keeps his distance.
Kidd is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Kidd scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Abrahms circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kidd throws a head kick that Abrahms semi-blocks.
It looks like Tank Abrahms has been cut.
Kidd tries to close the distance and clinch but Abrahms swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Kidd throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kidd throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Kidd throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kidd doesn't manage to clinch there - Abrahms circles away.
Kidd displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Kidd throws a wild body kick that Abrahms sees coming a mile off.
Nice takedown defense from Kidd. No joy for Abrahms on that attempt.

Kidd lands a nice looking kick to the body. Abrahms takes a step back to recover.
Dick Kidd is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fighters circle momentarily. Kidd darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kidd connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Abrahms tumbling to the canvas! Kidd pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Abrahms was done - good stoppage!
