Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Prince Adam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Milson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adam comes into the arena with He-Man: Opening Theme blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Prince Adam! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Max Milson! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, John Mangel and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adam is trying hard to land a takedown here. Milson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! The fight stays on the outside here - Adam looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Milson tries to clinch but Adam is having none of it. Adam bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Adam tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Adam has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Milson on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Adam is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Milson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Adam is looking to take a break and control but Milson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Milson parries the strikes from Adam easily there. Adam is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Milson to escape.
Milson is not content to let Adam control the position. Milson avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Adam. Adam is looking to take a break and control but Milson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Milson keeping his opponent close.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Milson is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Milson regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Adam. Milson wants to stand and escape but Adam is having none of it. Milson working a defensive guard here.
Milson pulls Adam in close to his closed guard and prevents Adam from doing any damage or advancing position. Adam is looking to work some ground and pound but Milson has wrist control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Milson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Adam tries to get to full guard but Milson has control of the leg. Adam actively working from the bottom here. Milson wants to control but Adam is keeping him busy. Adam looking for submissions off his back. Milson is looking to take a break and control but Adam is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Milson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Adam keeps working. Adam has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Milson throws a solid leg kick but Adam takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Milson. Milson leaves Adam with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Adam drives through with a takedown into guard. Milson keeping moving, preventing Adam from controlling successfully. Adam trying to stand up but can't free himself from Milson's guard. Adam seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Prince Adam dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Milson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

It looks like Max Milson has been cut. Adam looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Adam throws a solid leg kick but Milson takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Adam. Adam looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Milson is fending him off so far but Adam persists. Nope, Milson circles away and we're back to standing. Milson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Adam to the mat! Adam manages to get full guard. Adam keeping moving, preventing Milson from controlling successfully. Adam has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Milson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Adam keeping moving, preventing Milson from controlling successfully. Milson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Milson wants to pass the guard but Adam is keeping the position. Milson's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Adam is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Milson is aware though and is defending well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Milson with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Adam has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Milson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Adam keeping moving, preventing Milson from controlling successfully. Milson throwing strikes but missing. Milson wants to control from the top but Adam keeps moving. Milson gets to his feet. Adam looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Milson moves away from the strike by Adam.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Adam with a poor takedown and Milson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Adam won't be happy with that. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Prince Adam. That's going to take a lot out of him. Milson trying to control the action but Adam is working from the bottom. Milson cracks Adam with an elbow. That is naaassty. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee asks Milson politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Milson prefers to stall for the moment though. Adam takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Milson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Adam knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Adam tries to escape but Milson is in control. Adam tries to buck Milson off but Milson is having none of it. Milson trying to control the position but Adam is working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Adam is looking to reverse the position. You can see the frustration on Adam's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Milson wants to control but Adam is keeping him busy. Adam is looking for a sweep.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Adam has a takedown stuffed. Adam tries to score a power double leg takedown but Milson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Adam somewhat. Adam avoids the body shot from Milson.
Milson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Milson showed some decent athleticism there. Adam tries to roll over but Milson keeps him under control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Milson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Adam is looking for a sweep. Milson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Milson wants to control but Adam is keeping him busy. Adam tries to get to full guard but Milson has control of the leg. Milson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Adam sees it coming and defends easily. Adam is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Milson pulls his head out easily. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Adam looks like he's trying to stand up.

Max Milson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Max Milson's cut. That's the end of the interval. Adam fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Adam gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Milson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Adam's guard now. Milson is working Adam over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Milson landing with the ground and pound. Adam has his foot on Milson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Milson works his way back into a safe position though. Milson wants to pass the guard but Adam is keeping the position. Milson works a leg free and moves into half guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Adam actively working from the bottom here. Milson lands with a punch from half guard. Adam looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Milson takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Milson looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Adam is staying active underneath Milson, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Ground and pound from Milson. Milson working the head and body with strikes. Milson winds up and cracks Adam with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Adam keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Adam looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Milson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Adam taking some punishment here, with Milson in his half guard. Adam missing with punches from the bottom.

Milson has gone for a leg lock! Adam slips out almost immediately though and dives into Milson's guard. Milson keeping full guard, as Adam tries to pass. Milson trying to control the position.

Milson is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
