Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alex DeLarge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). DeLarge comes to the cage accompanied by I'm The one by Danzig. Alex DeLarge could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jake Walker's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Alex DeLarge! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jake Walker! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Bruno Hogan and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from DeLarge misses. Walker swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Walker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Walker dodges the punch combination from DeLarge.
Walker throws a body kick that misses. DeLarge swings for the body but Walker moves out of range.
Walker looks to score with a jab to the body but DeLarge is just out of range. Walker missing with a left hand there. DeLarge was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. DeLarge thows a body shot but no joy. DeLarge shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Walker manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Walker keeping moving, preventing DeLarge from controlling successfully. Walker is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst DeLarge is controlling him. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. DeLarge trying to control but Walker is working from the bottom. Walker pushes DeLarge off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
That's one minute gone in the round. A telegraphed takedown attempt from DeLarge is defended easily by Walker. DeLarge throws a jab but it's blocked by Walker. Walker uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from DeLarge. Walker slaps away a takedown attempt from DeLarge, before circling back to the center of the mat. Walker scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. DeLarge doesn't seem bothered though. DeLarge shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Walker but Walker pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alex DeLarge. That's going to take a lot out of him. DeLarge is breathing heavily. A combination from Walker does no damage. Walker fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
DeLarge blocks a head kick by Walker.
Walker connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Walker throws the kick towards the body but DeLarge avoids it. Whack! Walker lands a heavy head kick that drops DeLarge. The ref tackles Walker to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because DeLarge was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Jake Walker!
