Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between jiu jitsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Langston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Langston comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sick Puppies-Youre going down kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, jiu jitsu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hank Langston!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Steve Erwin and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Langston throws a series of punches but jitsu moves out of range.

Langston keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

jitsu tries to land a front kick but Langston steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Langston is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Langston wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as jitsu accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

jitsu shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Langston but Langston pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Langston throws a combination but it was largely blocked by jitsu.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Hank Langston showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
