The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferguson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ferguson is looking to clinch.
Olivia fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ferguson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Ferguson closes the distance and clinches up with Olivia, looking for a takedown. Ferguson pushes Olivia against the cage but Olivia circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Olivia feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Olivia keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Ferguson's head.

Ferguson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Ferguson is taking a breather. Olivia says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Olivia is trying to maintain the position but Ferguson is very close to passing his half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Kevin Ferguson will probably get the nod.

Olivia is looking to stand up but Ferguson isn't so interested in that idea.
Olivia takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ferguson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
