Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Terry Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Hoffa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Nas - Hero. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Terry Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, George Hoffa!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, John Kavanagh and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoffa thows a left - swing and a miss!
Jones closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Hoffa connects with a single shot there.
Hoffa lands with an uppercut that bounces Jones off the cage and back into rage.
Jones lands a with a good body shot.
Hoffa avoids the body shot from Jones.
Jones takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Some wild striking there from Jones.
Jones misses with a hook. Hoffa ducked under it nicely.
Jones fails to land the takedown.
Jones tries to work over Hoffa's front leg with a kick but Hoffa checks it.
Jones throws a body kick that misses.
Hoffa throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jones counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Hoffa is lucky that one didn't land flush.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones defending well as Hoffa loads up on a big left hand.
Hoffa thuds his right hand into Jones's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Jones throws a nice inside leg kick.
Hoffa tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jones was well out of range. Poor timing from Hoffa.
George Hoffa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hoffa throws the left hand but Jones avoids the punch easily.

A nice combination there by Hoffa.
Jones is rocked!
It looks like Terry Jones has been cut.
Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hoffa tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hoffa to the ground. Hoffa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jones has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Jones switches off momentarily and Hoffa cracks him with a monster right hand! Jones topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Hoffa dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Hoffa!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). George Hoffa!
