The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makadabi closes the distance and clinches up with Henderson , looking for a takedown. Makadabi pushes Henderson against the cage but Henderson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Makadabi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Henderson paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Makadabi stands and steps away. Henderson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Henderson feints and as Makadabi raises his hands in defense, Henderson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Makadabi is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Henderson dives into side control.
Makadabi is not content to let Henderson control the position.
Makadabi avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Henderson .
Makadabi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Henderson on the ground.

Makadabi winds up and cracks Henderson with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Henderson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Makadabi, pushing him back against the cage.
Makadabi has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Henderson clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Henderson manages to reverse the position and now he's in Makadabi's guard. Nice work there by Henderson .
