Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ken Smite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ken Smite! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lucas Martin! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Aafke Stam and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Smite.
Martin takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. A jab from Martin misses. Martin avoids a punch combination nicely.
Smite works over Martin's head and body with a nice combination. Smite throws a series of punches but Martin avoids them all with ease. Smite misses with a wild combination.
Smite lands a jab to the nose. Martin shoots in for a double leg but Smite sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Smite throws a right and a left that Martin avoids nicely. Martin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Martin takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Smite is trying to get back to full guard. Nice strikes from Martin there. Martin keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Smite is trying to stand up here but Martin is controlling him well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Martin takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Smite is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Martin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Martin controlling the pace. Smite tries to roll over but Martin keeps him under control. Martin perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Despite being in the dominant position, Lucas Martin just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Martin closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Smite to the mat! Smite manages to get full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Martin drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Martin seems to have locked his on tight now - Smite screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Martin, as he picks up the win!
