The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hawk is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Gomez defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Hawk has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Gomez off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Andre Gomez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hawk shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

I would just about give that final round to Andre Gomez.
