Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mello Shain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mack comes to the cage accompanied by Navras. Shain has chosen sunday bloody sunday as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Shain misses.
A combination from Shain does no damage.
Mack moves out of range as Shain strikes.
Mack avoids a punch combination nicely.
Mack misses with a wild body shot.
Shain showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Mack.
Shain gets caught flat footed, as Mack shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mack lands a couple of elbows.
Shain wants to stand and escape but Mack is having none of it.
Mack throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Shain is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mack is controlling him.
Mack trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Mack advances position into side control!
Mack cracks Shain with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Shain takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Shain is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Mack working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Mack is working Shain over with some ground and pound from side control.
Mack in side control, throwing shots but Shain defends.
Shain is trying to get back to his feet.
Mack working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Mack looks up at the clock and then as Shain takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Mack smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Shain wants to control but Mack postures up.
Mack working the ground and pound but Shain is defending the strikes.
Mack looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Shain is avoiding damage well.
Sloppy strikes there by Mack.
Shain is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Mack gets to mount! Shain was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Mack landing strikes from the mount.
Shain is trying to escape the mount.
Shain wants to try and get back to his feet.
Mack content just to control the position here.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Shain squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Shain is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Shain takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shain is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Shain looks gassed!
Mack is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Shain can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Mack raining down shots from the mount!
The referee warns Shain that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mack lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Shain is rocked!
Mack with the ground and pound from mount.
Shain is still in real trouble! Can Mack finish him?
Mack lands with some strikes.
Mack postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Shain in real trouble here! The ref calls for Shain to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dave Mack!
