The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Jackson. No joy for Ganador on that attempt.
Ganador fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Ganador shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jackson pinned against the cage. Jackson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Roosevelt Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Ganador.
Ganador looks to land a right hand but Jackson moved out of range.
Ganador fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jackson leaves Ganador with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ganador is defended easily by Jackson.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jackson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ganador on the side of the head.

Ganador throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jackson's waist but Jackson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ganador off to one side.
Jackson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Ganador.
Jackson scores with a body shot.
Ganador looks gassed!
Ganador closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
The crowd cheers as Jackson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ganador doesn't seem phased though.
Jackson stuffs the takedown.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Jackson drops Ganador with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Ganador! Jackson dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
