Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Wittmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jimmy Bravo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Michael Wittmann! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paul Aken and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bravo shoots in for a double leg but Wittmann sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Wittmann listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Bravo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wittmann throws out the jab. Wittmann throws a shot to the body.
Wittmann is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bravo. Michael Wittmann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bravo scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Bravo is looking for a kimura here.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Bravo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Wittmann but Wittmann pushes him off and we're back to square one. Bravo on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Bravo shoots for a double leg takedown but Wittmann sprawls well. He's pushed Bravo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Bravo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Wittmann doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bravo. Bravo is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Wittmann to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Wittmann shrugs it off. Bravo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Bravo goes for an armbar but Wittmann turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Wittmann. Wittmann pushes down on Bravo's leg and manages to get into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jimmy Bravo will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Wittmann scores with a nice strike. Wittmann ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Bravo blocks a jab. Bravo takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Bravo slips a straight right by Wittmann. Wittmann throws a looping overhand right but Bravo ducks down to avoid it. Bravo is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Wittmann lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Wittmann's guard. Bravo trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bravo throws a big right hand that misses. Wittmann really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bravo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bravo trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Bravo drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Wittmann dives on top into guard. Bravo is looking to sweep but instead, Wittmann has passed into half guard.

He's hooked one of Wittmann's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Wittmann's back! Bravo is working hard for the rear naked choke here.

Michael Wittmann showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Bravo fails with a takedown attempt. Bravo on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Bravo shoots in but no luck this time. The fighters circle momentarily. Wittmann darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Jimmy Bravo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bravo has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Wittmann ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Bravo wants to clinch. Wittmann ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bravo moves away. Wittmann misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Bravo decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Wittmann's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bravo trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Wittmann manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Wittmann pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bravo is keeping the position for now. Bravo keeping moving, preventing Wittmann from controlling successfully. Bravo is trying to control the position but Wittmann postures up. Wittmann stopping the sweep attempt from Bravo. Bravo isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Wittmann stacks Bravo on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Wittmann! Wittmann wants to stand but Bravo is controlling his arm.

Bravo tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Wittmann presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Bravo keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Bravo tries to lock up and control but Wittmann gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Bravo tries to reverse the position but Wittmann maintains control. Wittmann controlling the position easily from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bravo tries to get back to half guard but can't. Jimmy Bravo overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Bravo regains half guard. Bravo trying to control but Wittmann postures up.
Bravo slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Bravo looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Bravo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Wittmann is aware though and is defending well. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bravo looking for subs off his back but Wittmann has passed one foot through into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wittmann wants to stand up but Bravo has a hold of him and won't allow it. Bravo tries to roll over but Wittmann keeps him under control. Wittmann keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Wittmann tries to stand and escape but Bravo is controlling the position. Bravo wants to control but Wittmann is keeping busy and won't allow it. Bravo is looking for a sweep. Wittmann is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Bravo moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jimmy Bravo. I think Bravo has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
