Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Segal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Arias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arias has chosen Don Omar - Conteo as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Segal gets the takedown into side control.
Arias tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Segal presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Segal is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Arias is just riding it out for now. Segal eventually gives up the hold.

Arias cracks Segal with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That was a close round but I would say that Daniel Segal will probably get the nod.

Well Segal has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
