Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Leandro Rodrigues and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong moves into range and clinches up with cvb.
cvb turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and cvb manages to end up in side control.
cvb tries to move to full mount but Kong actually manages to regain half guard.
Kong is trying to maintain the position but cvb is very close to passing his half guard.
Kong is defending against the submission attempts here by cvb.
Kong kicks cvb off and gets back to his feet.
Kong keeps the fight on the outside.
cvb tries to clinch up but Kong circles away and keeps his distance.
Kong closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming cvb to the mat! cvb manages to get full guard.
Kong stands up from cvb's guard - Kong perhaps looking for a knockout.
Kong throws a left that rocks cvb and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Kong dives into side control, looking to finish! Can cvb regain composure!
cvb is rocked!
It looks like fg cvb has been cut.
cvb looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kong has hold of cvb's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! cvb tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Kong cranks the arm and cvb screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from cvb, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
