The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Paulo Santos and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flores looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Flores tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Belo paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Belo circles away from the clinch attempt.
Flores shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Flores is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Belo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Flores pinned against the cage. Flores gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Belo misses with a takedown attempt - Flores sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Belo shoots for a double leg takedown but Flores sprawls well. He's pushed Belo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Filipe Belo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Flores lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Flores pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Flores goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Belo feints and as Flores raises his hands in defense, Belo changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Flores looks gassed!
Belo drops back looking for a leg! Flores is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Flores manages to kick Belo off! Belo jumps back into Flores's guard.
Belo stops Flores from standing up.

Belo pushing down on Flores's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Belo is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Flores wants to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Flores trying to hold on to Belo's head to control him but Belo postures up.
Belo is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Belo is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Flores is forced to tap! Great finish!
