Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Martin Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Floro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stone's entrance music is God Save the Queen. A fine choice. Floro has chosen Bang - Gorky Park as his entrance music. Bruno Floro looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Martin Stone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Bruno Floro!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Glass and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone misses with a few strikes there.
A punch combination from Floro misses.
Stone fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Floro manages to avoid it.

Stone closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Stone trying to mount his opponent but Floro defends it.
Floro keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Stone is pressing down on Floro's thigh, looking to free his foot. Floro is holding on for now.
Stone thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Floro's head.

Stone is looking for a kimura but Floro is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Stone to get the leverage.
Stone has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Stone tries to control but Floro wriggling away.

Floro holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Stone tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Stone throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Stone misses with a head shot.
Floro avoids a series of strikes thrown by Stone.
Stone can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Floro is looking to escape.
Floro is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Stone throws some wild stikes that Floro manages to avoid easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Floro is squirming around, avoiding Stone's attempts to control the action.

Stone thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Martin Stone just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Stone stuns Floro with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Floro looks gassed!

A right-left combo lands from Stone.
Floro takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Floro gets caught flat footed, as Stone shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Floro not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Stone trying to control but Floro is working from the bottom.
Stone missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Stone stands and throws Floro's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Stone decides to stand up, so the ref orders Floro to his feet.

Stone closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Floro to the mat! Floro manages to get full guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Stone throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Floro because Stone loaded up on that one.
Stone is in the full mount, landing strikes.

The referee warns Floro that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Stone is landing with some decent strikes but Floro is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Stone is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Floro can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Floro is squirming around, avoiding Stone's attempts to control the action.

Stone is going olschool here, as he tries to force Floro to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Floro shrugs it off.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Martin Stone just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Stone connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Floro momentarily.
Stone moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Floro moves out of range of the body kick from Stone.
Martin Stone is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Stone closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Stone is really struggling to control Floro but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Stone is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Floro defends it well.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Stone looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Floro is fending him off so far but Stone persists. Nope, Floro circles away and we're back to standing.
