Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bony Phony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Logan Sky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bony Phony!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Logan Sky!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Phony, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sky lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Phony tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Phony lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sky circles away quickly and effectively.
Phony fails with an attempt to clinch.
Phony tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sky was well out of range. Poor timing from Phony.
Phony ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sky moves away.
Sky swats away the attempt to clinch by Phony.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Phony misses the shot to the body.
The fighters circling - Phony throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Sky misses with a low kick.

Phony takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sky shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Sky looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Sky lands with a punch from half guard.
Phony on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Phony tries to get out of the position.
Sky perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Phony tries to get to full guard but Sky has control of the leg.
Phony is not content to let Sky control the position.
Phony is holding on to half guard well.
Sky is stalling here. Phony is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Sky seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Phony has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Phony has knee on belly momentarily but Sky bucks him off and regains half guard.
Sky manages to get to full guard.
Sky is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Phony defends well.
Phony knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sky on the ground.

Phony throws and elbow that misses. Sky uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Phony's guard. Nice move by Sky!

Phony is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Phony wants to control from the top but Sky keeps moving.

Sky is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Phony has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sky is proving hard to escape from.
Phony has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Sky is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Sky manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Phony manages to get himself to full guard.

Sky throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Phony sees it coming and avoids it easily.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Phony tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Sky is able to avoid easily.
Phony circles away from the clinch attempt.
Phony swings for the body but Sky moves out of range.

Sky jabs Phony right on the nose. Phony blinks but takes it well.

Phony throws a hook to the side of Sky's head but Sky sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sky tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Phony paws at him with a jab and circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Phony looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Phony misses the shot to the body.
Phony keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sky will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Sky throws a jab but it's blocked by Phony.
Sky misses with a hook.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Phony moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Sky uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Phony.
Sky dodges the punch combination from Phony.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Sky shoots in and drives through. Phony sprawls well.
A lazy left from Phony finds it's target.
Sky misses with a series of wild punches.

and Sky counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Phony throws a left and a right that both miss
and Sky counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Phony wants to improve his position but Sky is controlling well.

Sky wants to lay and pray for a moment but Phony keeps working.
Sky uses his free foot to push down on Phony's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Phony.
Sky prevents Phony from getting the reversal.
Sky looking to control and managing it successfully.
Phony throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Sky tries to control but Phony wriggling away.
Phony wants to control but Sky is having none of it.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Sky punching from mount but Phony doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Sky moves to the back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Phony is keeping busy.
Phony rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Sky wants to pass the guard but Phony is defending well.
Phony makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Phony.
Sky drops back looking for a leg! Phony is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Phony manages to kick Sky off! Sky jumps back into Phony's guard.
Sky wants to control from the top but Phony keeps moving.
And that's the end of the fight!
Logan Sky comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Sky has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
