Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Trey Burcham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Crane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James Crane will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Trey Burcham! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Crane! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Burcham takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Burcham closes this distance looking for a takedown but Crane circles away. Burcham throws a sloppy head kick and Crane moves out of range easily. Crane is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Burcham's half guard. Crane has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Burcham is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Crane controlling the position easily from mount. Crane trying to control but Burcham is having none of it. Burcham tries to hold on but Crane postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Burcham is squirming around, avoiding Crane's attempts to control the action. Crane looking to finish with strikes here!
Burcham might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Crane lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Crane jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Burcham is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Burcham and Crane has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crane throwing shots but missing, from side control. Crane taking a break here but Burcham is having none of it and regains half guard. Burcham missing with punches from the bottom.
Burcham looking for subs from the bottom but Crane mounts him!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Burcham is trying desperately to improve position. Crane is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Crane throwing strikes here but Burcham is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Crane thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Crane is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Burcham is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Burcham flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Crane anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Burcham and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Crane slips an arm under Burcham chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Crane has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Crane is squeezing on Burcham like an anaconda would it's prey. Burcham fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). James Crane!
