Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wreck Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Segundo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by target=blank>The Final Episode. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Alexandre Firmino and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in for a takedown but Segundo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Segundo.
Silva sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Segundo wants to pass to mount but Silva is defending the position.
Segundo tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Silva.
Segundo controlling the pace.
Segundo trying to control from half guard but Silva is working away.
Segundo content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Segundo is keen to just control but Silva is a slippery customer.
Segundo is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Segundo looking to control but Silva is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Silva tries to reverse the position but Segundo maintains control.
Segundo gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Segundo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Silva's guard.

Segundo is looking to work some ground and pound but Silva has wrist control.
Segundo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Segundo stops Silva from standing up.
Silva manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Segundo throws a strike from the bottom but Silva uses the opportunity to take his back.

Silva is persistently looking for the submission but Segundo is defending it well.

Segundo manages to escape to a better position under a series of strikes. Silva is now in side control.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Silva closes the distance but Segundo moves to the side
and Segundo counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Silva!
Segundo stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Segundo throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Silva.
Silva closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Segundo to the mat! Segundo manages to get full guard.
Silva will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Silva wants to lay and pray for a moment but Segundo keeps working.
Silva is really struggling to control Segundo but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Segundo is desperately trying to improve his position but Silva has a good base and remains in mount.
Silva jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Segundo manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Juan Segundo has got the better of the ground game so far.

Segundo bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Segundo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Segundo missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Silva is on top in guard.
Segundo is trying to keep Silva in close.

A close second round but Juan Segundo will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Segundo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Segundo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Silva sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Segundo somewhat.
Silva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Segundo swings for the body but Silva moves out of range.
Silva really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Juan Segundo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Segundo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
