Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Javier Alejara!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Henrik Larsson!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Alexandre Firmino and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Larsson lands with a thumping leg kick.
Larsson lands a nice leg kick that just misses Alejara's sensitive parts.
Alejara tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Larsson swivels and escapes.
Alejara throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Larsson's waist but Larsson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Alejara off to one side.
Larsson scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Left hook, right uppercut from Larsson.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alejara gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Alejara throws his legs up looking for a submission but Larsson uses it to pass to side control.
Alejara is breathing heavily.
Alejara wants to control but Larsson postures up.
Larsson decides to stand back up. Larsson steps back and let's Alejara get back to his feet.
Alejara really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Alejara tries to close the distance and clinch up but Larsson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Alejara shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Larsson counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Alejara! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Henrik Larsson!
