Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gus Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asaki Hioko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gus Jackson! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Asaki Hioko! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Mauricio Rocha and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hioko to score with a decent uppercut. Hioko avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hioko defending well as Jackson loads up on a big left hand. Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hioko swats him away and circles back towards the center. Jackson takes a swing at Hioko's ribcage but misses. Hioko feints and then cracks Jackson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Jackson down. Gus Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jackson uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Hioko thuds a left hand into Jackson's body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jackson tries to clinch but Hioko moves out of range. Jackson blocks a head kick by Hioko.
Hioko throws a right hand that Jackson ducks under and follows up with a left that Jackson also avoids with ease. A decent looking cross lands there for Hioko. Hioko lands a left and a right that send Jackson crashing to the mat, dazed. Hioko thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Jackson is rocked! Hioko scores with a decent looking hook. Oh Jackson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hioko fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jackson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Jackson is breathing heavily. Hioko drops Jackson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Jackson looks back up at him and smiles so Hioko waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
A head kick misses from Hioko. Hioko dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Jackson seems to have got his legs back now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hioko drops Jackson with a beautiful combination! Jackson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hioko is looking for the KO! Hioko throws a monster overhand right that drops Jackson! Hioko follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Asaki Hioko! Asaki Hioko is the new welterweight champion!
