Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mel Gray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drew Infamous (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Infamous has chosen Chiddy Bang as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Felipe Paraventi and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gray paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Gray takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Infamous defending well as Gray loads up on a big left hand.
Infamous moves out of range of the strikes.
Infamous rushes Gray and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Infamous wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Infamous breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Danga de danga de dang - Gray scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Drew Infamous has been cut.
Gray misses with an uppercut.
Infamous connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gray waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Infamous.
Gray shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Infamous as he avoids it easily.

and Gray counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Infamous throws a left and a right that both miss
and Gray counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A big left from Gray misses.
Gray moves out of range of the strikes.
Infamous misses with a wild body shot.
Infamous swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Gray is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Infamous.
Infamous tries to clinch but Gray is having none of it.
Infamous is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Infamous moves out of range as Gray strikes.
The crowd cheers as Gray lands an impressive looking overhand right. Infamous doesn't seem phased though.
Infamous throws a good cross that connects.
Gray keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Infamous.
Infamous will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Infamous slips under a jab.
Infamous jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Infamous shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Gray counters with a nice uppercut.
Infamous looks gassed!
Gray connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Infamous! He's out on his feet! Gray rushes in and drops Infamous with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Mel Gray!
