Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Daevon Eldon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cicci loof (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Eldon or perhaps it was just good defense by loof which made him look bad.
loof closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

I looks like loof might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Eldon is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if loof can do anything to dispel that myth.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Eldon connects with a nice short shot to loof's temple.
