Nogeuira comes to the cage accompanied by Thunder Strike -ACDC. yasir smalls is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogeuira blocks a head kick by smalls.
Nogeuira closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Nogeuira lands in his opponent's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nogeuira pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. smalls is keeping the position for now.
Nogeuira drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Nogeuira jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
smalls can't keep his opponent in guard - Nogeuira advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Nogeuira is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Nogeuira is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, smalls has managed to free his arm - good work.
Nogeuira wants to free his trapped foot but smalls is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Nogeuira frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nogeuira is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. smalls is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. smalls flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Nogeuira anticipates the leg and manages to get behind smalls and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Nogeuira slips an arm under smalls chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Nogeuira has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Nogeuira is squeezing on smalls like an anaconda would it's prey. smalls fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
