Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aku Ankka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Osuka Kasumia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Osuka Kasumia is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Aku Ankka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Osuka Kasumia! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ankka changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kasumia tries to avoid it but Ankka manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kasumia to the ground. Kasumia escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Aku Ankka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ankka tries to clinch but Kasumia moves out of range. Ankka tries to clinch up. Kasumia swats away the attempt to clinch by Ankka. Kasumia misses with a takedown attempt - Ankka sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Kasumia shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Ankka moves into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ankka drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Aku Ankka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Osuka Kasumia.

Ankka lands an elbow that stopped Kasumia in his tracks for a moment.
It looks like Osuka Kasumia has been cut. Ankka has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Kasumia is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Kasumia is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Ankka gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Ankka is stalling here.
Ankka decides to pull guard. Kasumia trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kasumia pushes down on Ankka's leg and manages to get into half guard. Kasumia stops Ankka from getting back to his feet.
Ankka is staying active underneath Kasumia, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Ankka is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Ankka moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Ankka knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kasumia on the ground. Kasumia wants to control from the top but Ankka keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ankka has a closed guard, preventing Kasumia from standing up. Ankka throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Ankka wants to sweep here but Kasumia controlling him for the moment.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Kasumia swats away the attempt to clinch by Ankka. Kasumia fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Kasumia swats away the attempt to clinch by Ankka.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kasumia shoots and misses and Ankka counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Kasumia's guard now. Kasumia looks gassed! Ankka stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kasumia swivels though and keeps the full guard. Kasumia is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Ankka loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kasumia not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Ankka stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kasumia swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ankka lands a couple of decent looking shots. Ankka wanted to stand there but Kasumia had control of the position. Ankka tries to free his leg and advance position but Kasumia is retaining full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Kasumia shoots in for a takedown but Ankka shows good takedown defense. Ankka tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kasumia swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ankka wants to clinch. Nice takedown defense from Ankka. No joy for Kasumia on that attempt. Ankka tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Ankka tries to clinch but Kasumia moves out of range. Ankka fails with an attempt to clinch.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Kasumia shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Ankka counters by clinching up. Ankka gets a trip takedown into half guard. Kasumia is not content to let Ankka control the position. Kasumia taking some punishment here, with Ankka in his half guard. Ankka looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Kasumia is looking to control Ankka's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kasumia avoid being mounted? The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Kasumia blocking the ground and pound attempt from Ankka. Ankka is just content to waste time from the top position. Kasumia takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Ankka avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's six minutes gone in the round. Kasumia looking to control.
Ankka won't allow Kasumia to sweep him here. Ankka trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ankka passes Kasumia's right leg, so he's now in half guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Kasumia trying to hold on to Ankka's head to control him but Ankka postures up.
Kasumia regains full guard. Nicely done. Ankka stopping the sweep attempt from Kasumia. Ankka cracks Kasumia with a solid left hand. Kasumia has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ankka can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's seven minutes gone in the round. Kasumia is trying to keep Ankka in close.

Ankka takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's eight minutes gone in the round. Kasumia tries to get to full guard but Ankka has control of the leg. Ankka with the ground and pound but Kasumia uses the opportunity to regain guard. Ankka has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Kasumia working for a triangle but Ankka defends it easily.
Kasumia looking for a sweep. Not yet Kasumia, not yet. Ankka thows a big elbow that misses. Ankka wants to pass the guard but Kasumia is keeping the position. Kasumia looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

That's nine minutes gone in the round. Kasumia had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ankka is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kasumia Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ankka's back instead. Ankka trying to control the hands but Kasumia breaks the grip. Ankka staying busy and making it hard for Kasumia to control. Ankka breaks Kasumia's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Kasumia is looking for a triangle but Ankka pushes his legs off easily.
Kasumia pulls Ankka in close to his closed guard and prevents Ankka from doing any damage or advancing position. Kasumia wants to sweep here but Ankka controlling him for the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Aku Ankka will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Osuka Kasumia's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Kasumia shoots in but no luck this time. Kasumia wants to clinch and Ankka moves into the clinch. Kasumia blocks an uppercut.
Kasumia drops down looking for an ankle pick but Ankka pulls his leg out and moves away.
Ankka tries to clinch but Kasumia moves away and Kasumia counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Ankka! Kasumia wants to get back to his feet but Ankka is holding on tight.
Kasumia avoids the attempt from Ankka to control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Ankka is just holding on here. Kasumia manages to take his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ankka tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Ankka is trying to reverse the position but instead Kasumia has taken his back - oops! Kasumia is working for a rear naked choke. Ankka is not defending it well and Kasumia has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Ankka refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Ankka's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Osuka Kasumia!
