Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Heymen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicolai Vladimier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heymen comes to the cage accompanied by Straight Outta Compton- NWA. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heymen throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Vladimier sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Heymen throws an overhand right that lands on Vladimier's shoulder, as Vladimier tries to avoid the shot.
Heymen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Heymen swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Vladimier closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Vladimier is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Vladimier drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Heymen dives on top into guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Vladimier is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Heymen defends well.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jonathan Heymen.
